Refund policy

By Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receiving their order.
The customer can notify Caroline Hesnard Illustrations by mail of their intention to exercise this right by specifying their first name, last name, address, order number, order date, receipt date, and the item(s) concerned by the withdrawal. Send to the following address:

The customer then has 14 days from the date this letter is sent to return the item(s) concerned from the order to the address indicated above.
The customer will be refunded using the payment method used during the order based on the product price invoiced, as shown on the order summary, which the customer paid.
Caroline Hesnard Illustrations will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the concerned item(s). (Cf.CGV. article 10 remboursement).
